  • We are mindful of the impact our people can have on their local communities. All employees are offered an additional day each year to volunteer their time and talents for charitable causes. We also join forces as a company to support multiple charitable causes throughout the year.

  • We were “remote friendly” before it was cool. To ensure a positive, healthy work environment, we also have converted “sick time” policy into “wellness time” with greater flexibility. Meeting blackout times offer time for quiet work and creativity. We want life at Woven to be a good life for all employees.
